THANKSGIVING HOURS

DEHEN 1920 OFFICES: The office will be closed November 28th through December 1st. We will be returning to the office and begin shipping online orders on Monday, December 2nd.

DEHEN 1920 RETAIL STORE - The retail store will be closed on Thanksgiving, November 28th. The store will be open regular hours, 11am - 5pm, on November 29th and 30th for in-person shopping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Note: Orders over $300 will require a signature for delivery. 

Due to increased incidents of theft, be sure to provide a secure Ship To address.

Orders ship via FedEx with tracking numbers able to be provided at the time of shipment.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as FedEx requires a physical (residential or business) address for delivery. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.  Dehen is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product, or for customs fees (duties/taxes) incurred from importing goods. In the event a package is refused by the customer, all shipping charges and return shipping charges will be withheld from a customer's refund. Shipping rates are as follows:

  • Local Pick-Up: Free*

  • T-shirt and Hat Ground Shipping: $7.50

  • United States - Free Ground Shipping on orders over $300

  • United States - Standard: $15, 3 Day: $35, Next Day: $60

  • International (for orders $300 and over) - Flat Rate: $25

  • International (for orders under $300) - Flat Rate: $50

Orders will ship within 2-3 business days upon purchase EXCEPT DURING SEASONAL SALES AND HOLIDAY SALES.  Please let us know if you require any special shipping needs under "special instructions" in the checkout form, and we will do our best to accommodate you.  To make any additional arrangements, please email info@dehen1920.com.

*Local pick-up available via our retail store. Store hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, 10am-5pm. We are located at 1040 NE 44th Ave Suite #3, Portland, OR 97213.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be shipped FedEx ground.  International Customers must provide a telephone number in the checkout form.  If telephone number is not provided we will request a phone number via email.  Product will not ship until phone number has been confirmed. International Shipping rates do not include duties or taxes.

RETURN POLICY

Dehen 1920 accepts returns and exchanges for most items.

*Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

*Please make sure returned garments are free of pet hair, cologne/perfume, are not soiled, and have not been worn or washed. 

*If it is not brand spankin’ new it will be returned to you. 

To request a Return Authorization number, please email info@dehen1920.com.

*Note your order number and the item you’d like to return. 

*Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.

*Items must be returned to Dehen within 14 days of obtaining your RA number. 

*Return instructions will be included when we provide your RA number.

Shipping Costs:

*Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Additional shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. 

*Dehen does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Dehen. 

*We suggest using a shipping service with tracking for items over $100.00.

Certain items are excluded from return.

*Pre-Order deposits and gift cards are non-refundable.

*Hats cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered FINAL SALE.

*Items purchased during our Instagram, Factory, and Close-Out sales are FINAL SALE.

Other Return Clarifications:

*Pre Order Items and Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

*Items purchased with our Newsletter sign up code are eligible for return. 

Exchanges:

*Once your RA number is assigned, your new items will be held for up to 14 days. 

*Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility on both the return and the new items.

*Our customer service folks will help resolve any balance or refund due from the exchange.

*If you would like your new item immediately, please advise when requesting your RA. We will ask you to place and pay for a new order and issue a refund when your original item is returned.

Store Credits:

*Same as an exchange, just choose your new item down the road!

Refunds:

*Original form of payment will be credited once your return is received and inspected.

*Allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your statement. 

*Refund amount will be for purchase price less any promotional discount and less shipping costs.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

Requests for price adjustments on full price items will be honored if purchased within 7 days prior to sale or promotion.  Price difference will be offered as store credit only.

TERMS

Upon ordering, a receipt is emailed detailing items purchased and shipping address.  If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections.  Dehen does not assume responsibility for shipping items to an incorrect address.

Orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason we feel is necessary.  If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order, Dehen will reissue the credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
